I am Kate and I am here to take away all the headaches and stress that's associated with weddings so you can focus on the more creative, fun sides of planning and be free to enjoy your big day with friends and family.
Hiring a professional wedding planner like me means you will have more time to do your day-time job, truly enjoy the lead-up timeframe before your wedding with your family and friends and last but not least, I will help you create that perfect wedding day of your dream. Whatever you need to achieve, I can help you to do it quicker, better and with more confidence. My team and I are passionate about understanding our clients: what they want and how they want it. As a result, we are at the forefront of developing services that deliver productivity and commercial gains or cost savings to our clients.
Our wedding planning work includes the following:
* FREE (2017 only) Vendor Management which covers supplier sourcing, selection, negotiation, appointments and bookings.
* FREE (2017 only) Budget or Cost Management which covers budget setting, expense tracking, reports and cost saving strategies.
* Event Management which covers wedding day co-ordination, MC, as well as task list, run sheets and programs.
* Wedding Inspiration, Styling and Design - you will be working with our selected stylists to design your wedding from floral arrangement to table setup, centre-peices, to finer details such as invitations, guest book, thank-you cards.
Kate's Wedding Services also provides professional MC service. Not only I am a confident English and Vietnamese speaker but also an excellent director and entertainer. As your wedding MC, I will be fully responsible for the development and execution of your wedding reception program.
